California Office of Emergency Services (CAL OES)

We recently completed a major Building Management System (BMS) upgrade at the California Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) building. This project involved replacing their aging and proprietary Johnson Controls Metasys system with a modern, open-sourced Tridium Niagara software, utilizing Johnson Controls FX controllers.
